Pros:

The quality is obvious and the glass is clear. The turret adjustments are crisp and have an audible click. It has constant eye relief, which is something most models do not have. The scope has fantastic resolution. The red dot on the 4A reticle works very well during the day or at night.

 

Cons:

This rifle scope is heavier and bigger than other similar scopes. There is no information provided regarding how to use the reticle, which would be helpful especially to new hunters. The scope comes with hunter turrets, which may not be helpful for everyone using this scope. The instructions that come with the rifle scope are “generic” which means they are for all Elite series Bushnell scopes and there is nothing that talks about the illuminated reticle versions.

Pros:

The Bushnell 6500 has both accuracy and performance with clear glass scope and a well-made optic. The scope is well worth the asking price. The turrets are crisp, easy to grip have metallic clicks and repeatable. The eye relief works well and at a comfortable distance. Hunters will experience bright lighting and accuracy with this scope. Works well even in subdued lighting such as at sunrise or during sunset. In addition to its features and functionality the Bushnell 6500 has a good fit and a beautiful finish.

 

Cons:

It can be difficult to see the windage knob because the numbers are painted green which may make it hard to see for most people. The scope tends to get a little cloudy at the 30x range. Not a whole lot negative to say about this riflescope because of the quality craftsmanship.
